This is a very nice, but little, book that tells a short parable about the flight of a humingbird that saves a forest. All are part of the "The Fairytale Chronicles"! I'm 70 yrs young and she is 10 yrs old, so I'd say it's fun for any age!. And it, like all those in the series, involves the Alden children solving a mystery. First swing is a homerun! What a debut. Born in 1922, Stan Waterman grew up the son of a wealthy cigar manufacturer and is one of those rare individuals who, throughout his life, did as his dreams and love of the sea commanded him to do. It is invaluable to me in my work on the board.. However the book in quite deficient in it explanations of the various Dao yin practices. There is also a section, which I would call “troubleshooting”, that explains common problems confronted when doing pilates and strategies to overcome these problems. For the pilates enthusiast, like myself, this book is fascinating. Evan Osar hits it out of the park again with his new book. Brother, you'll have so much fun tearing
