The roman politician and general Mark Antony and the seductive and cunning Cleopatra are in the center of the play as everything unfolds. William Shakespeare is widely regarded as the greatest writer of the English language. One of the pinnacle points in history is brought alive by Shakespeare. His influence on culture is far more reaching as he has invented many of the words that we are using today.. Works of Romeo and Juliet, Othello, A Mid Summer's Night Dream and The Taming of the Shrew have been taught and been on stage since they were written. With two vast empires clashing this tragedy is brought alive with dark humor and passion
