But even as a review, this book belongs in the libraries of the most knowledgeable professional pilates instructor, Dr. I've never been able to do this without compromising on taste. Love these recipes though. The additional practical tools in the appendix include sample menu plans, toolbox and additional resources, which are truly practical gems.. Different author compilation, all pretty much repeating the same stuff over and over again. This program did just that for both of us! If you think you may need it you probably do.
