At times I laughed. Nice book, but was a bit disappointed.. Years of artifice, bad habits and self-consciousness usually have to be stripped away before a writer's voice can truly be heard. I have little patience, and am pretty sure I'd get arrested for saying something bad to a TSA worker.Maybe some of the ideas in the book can be implemented by the FAA, but I doubt I'll see it in my life

First swing is a homerun! What a debut. This book was not helpful in preparation for the actual SAT Math 2 Subject test. I spent my 2 days of class frustrated. When I heard that he was writing a book on squatting, I thought, "ok here we go another 15 page booklet on squat technique". I believe that not only does the book serve as a helpful reference to what we are learning, but it also serves as an inspiration to those of us who have dedicated our lives to this calling.Before I close this, I would like to say that I do not intend what I write in this review, to make anyone think this road is an easy one to follow.
