Purchase this book so you'll have it close at hand. What David Gershon writes in Social Change 2.0 will surprise and inspire you. He admires their courage, hospitality, and creations, from architecture to engineering to artworks, but he still regards them as savage. I originally bought this as an e-book because it was so cheap (embarrassing admission!), and I thought I'd miss out if I didn't purchase it then and there. Throw out all those Espo books from the 70's cuz Phil left out the sugar coating in this book! Raw, personal and revealing. I thought it would be a light, sweet read to make the hours pass, and often it was - but be prepared for at least one major gut punch that will make you reassess what kind of book this is. On a final note, one of my favorite modern day histories is that on the American Civil War, by Shelby Foote. All interesIt seems that a large number of book fanatics love to write about what they’ve read almost as much as doing the actual reading.êWith format Hardcover That’s a good thing for the rest of the readers out there, because blogs about books are an excellent way to discover great books without wasting your valuable time on the bad ones.
