Gut wrenching in its honesty,thought provoking in the truest sense of the word. For those of us who could not get enough of Gabe in the Girl With Broken Wings series this novella, Recovering, is a dream come true. The extended fights, marvelously staged by Petit, become even more explosive. Almost anything in life that Fossett set out to do he has done. Its not a woo woo book, but a powerful book for recreating how you look at or feel about your life. I love it. The authors do touch on the ethical arguments against human cloning, but their arguments on this account are faulty, and have been successfully countered by other individuals, and will not be repeated here.Wilmut comes across in the book as being a very practical, patient, and humble man, and one who is definitely fed up with the public outcries and misrepresentations of biological science in today's newspapers and magazines. Perhaps, I kept reading because I was entertained by all of the stories of magic and mysticism one would normally associate with books about shamanism. This book was a journey - full of love, hope, second chances and wisdom - and I am sure I'd be re-taking this journey time and time again.An absolutely phenomenal reading experience..
