My suggestion is that you should only buy the book if you intend to do the routines systematically. After I read Advanced Buteyko Breathing exercises, and connected breathing and pulse. As for walking 45 minutes a day at a moderate intensity 6 days a week, walking is one of the easiest things to do, so you would have no excuses. This is a very good idea that I found in Mr. Lynes' photographs and there are several fine books on Cadmus in color.. Much better option, although with fewer photos, is "Dishing Hollywood" by Laurie Jacobson (although Jacobson's book in not exclusively devoted to the 50s).. It allowed me to take a step back from racial madness and see through another pair of eyes. But really there wasn't much fleshing out of any characters here to make them so likeable.
